The two apartments are located on the first floor of the building.

The two 75-square-meter apartments have been recently renovated and are furnished in a modern style. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people: two guests in the double bedroom, two guests in the single bedroom, and one guest on the sofa bed (this option must be specified when booking).

The apartments have a terrace (55 square meters) with a table and chairs to enjoy the view while relaxing with a glass of wine, ideal for al fresco dining under the starry Sardinian sky.

Each apartment has:

• Kitchen equipped with all appliances and cooking utensils
• Private bathroom with washing machine, linens, and bathroom amenities (towels, toilet paper, and soaps)
• Private entrance Indoor parking (not covered)

In addition, the apartments have access to the shared outdoor area with a table for al fresco dining and a barbecue.
