The 4 apartments are located in a separate section of the building and are newly built.

Furnished with a modern style, the apartments have a 30 sqm outdoor garden (with tables, chairs and solarium area) and an 8 sqm internal garden. The gardens are the ideal place where you can taste the typical local products or have a dinner in absolute relaxation under the starry sky of Sardinia.

Each apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, 2 in a double bed and 1 optionally in a sofa bed.

Each apartment has:

• Kitchen equipped with all appliances and utensils for cooking
• Private bathroom with washing machine, linen and bathroom kit (towels, toilet paper and soaps)
• Private entrance
• Indoor parking (not covered)

In addition, the apartments can use the outdoor common area with table for outdoor dining and barbecue.

Stay: minimum 3 nights
